At present,with the rapid development of China's economy,a variety of municipal sewage and industrial wastewater gradually increased,one of the results is the rapid growth of total sludge.And the final disposal of sludge not only requires a higher cost,and easy to bring secondary pollution problems.Therefore,it is one of the problems that how to improve the disposal rate of the remaining sludge economically and effectively,reduce the sludge from the source under normal effect of sewage treatment,and even improve the effluent effect in the next period of time.In this paper,It is proposed that the internal carbon source released by the dissolution of dissolved sludge backflow to the main process to maintain a certain degree of nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency when a low C/N wastewater treatment.And then research the rate of nitrogen and phosphorus removal and the reduction of excess sludge.First of all,Using the ultrasound to pretreatment the excess sludge,the remaining sludge cell wall crack and the contents released into the system.The result was that the SCOD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen were increased to a large extent after the sludge crushing.It had the best ultrasonic treatment effect while the energy density of0.4W/mL and 20 min time of action.At that time the concentration of SCOD in the supernatant was 517 mg/L,with 17.24mg/L ammonia and 52.94 mg/L total nitrogen.Releasing enough carbon sources and conducive to follow-up experiments.Under the microscope,the sludge cells were completely cracked,and the lysis rate was improved,which was beneficial to the sludge reduction.Secondly,in the process of rapid domestication of denitrification sludge by using A/O device,controling the initial influent ammonia nitrogen at 20mg/L,COD at 200mg/L,total phosphorus at 5mg/L and C/N from 10 reduced to 6.67 gradually.Under the conditions of influent ammonia nitrogen at 180mg/l,COD at 1200 mg/L,total phosphorus at 17mg/L the enfluent ammonia nitrogen<1mg/L,COD<50mg/L,total phosphorus<1mg/L and total nitrogen removal rate up to 86%.It also maintain a high effect of removal nitrogen in actual wastewater verification experiment.The results showed that the removal rate of COD and ammonia nitrogen in ink wastewater was more than 95% and the removal rate of total nitrogen was 83%.Indicating the success of denitrification sludge acclimation.Finally,there was no significant difference in effluent ammonia,COD and totalphosphorus concentrations between the experimental group and the control group through the whole process control experiment.Although the total nitrogen concentration in the experimental group was increased from 24.50mg/L to 27.38mg/L,the removal rate of total nitrogen was increased from 86.39% to 88.17%.It can calculate sludge reduction through the cumulative sludge discharge and the apparent yield of the two systems.The results showed that the control system accumulated1019.8g of sludge,and the sludge yield was 0.242g-MLSS/g-COD.The experimental system accumulated 783.2g of sludge and the sludge yield was 0.131g-MLSS/g-COD in the experimental stage.Meanwhile,it realized 23.20% of the sludge reduction rate.
