With coal resource mining in deep-lying being developed,the technique of inclined shaft transporting coals has been widely applied.Compared with the mining method,shield/TBM method has higher safety degree and faster construction speed for the construction of mine incline.Excavating mine incline by shield/TBM method currently has become an important subject during development of coal resource.Relied on the Bulianta mine incline of Shendong,Bending mechanical performance of segment joint of shield mine incline has been studied in this paper.The main contents of this study are shown as follows.1.After making two groups of segment joints and arranging sensors,the two groups of segment joints respectively were loaded through positive moment and negative moment.The influence rules on opening amount of joint,rotatory angle of joint and the surface strain near joint by bending moment were investigated,in the case of different axial force.Through destruction test of segment joint,the bending destruction features of segment joint were studies under the action of large axial force.It is that concrete is crushed firstly but the yield of bolt is small.2.Base on experiment data,through mathematical transformation,The influence rules on bending stiffness of segment joint by bending moment are analyzed in the case of different axial force,and the ranges of bending stiffness are obtained.Through three-dimensional finite element model built with commercial software,The influence rules on rotatory angle and bending stiffness of joint by bending moment in the case of different axial force were researched,which also were compared with experimental result.The results indicate that bending stiffness is less through finite element analysis than through experimental research.3.According to bending stiffness from experimental research,beam-spring model based on iterative bending stiffness of joint was put forward.The influence rules on internal force and displacement of segmental lining by bending stiffness of joint were studied.It show that internal force of segment lining increase and displacement of segment lining decrease along with the increase of bending stiffness.Results with beam-spring model and homogeneous ring model are analyzed comparatively.Compared with homogeneous ring model,moment value with beam-spring model is less,but axial force value,shearing force and Displacement value are bigger.
