The Application Of National Elements In The Design Of Modern Dress

In today's society,it was the modern mechanical industry,high pressure working condition,the pace of life in high speed,fast rhythm and virtual world created by computer network that made the interpersonal relations more indifferent,more empty in emotion,so that people turned to pursue the creation of high emotional capacity of environment,the memory of human life and the expression of human cultural diversity.Ethnic elements as the carrier of culture used in modern clothing design keep up with the trend of times and could meet the needs of modern people in the humanistic care of spirit.In addition,under the background of global economic integration,frequent international exchange caused the serious phenomenon of homogenization.People gradually aware of the importance of cultural diversity and the historical continuity of ethnic traditional culture,and to retain their ethnic characteristics is an important way to avoid being assimilated.Thus,using ethnic elements in creative fashion design has begun to get a lot of attention and already become a hot topic in contemporary fashion design.However,the ethnic element has a wide range of complex decorative,aesthetic,and other characteristics,there are differences between our modern pace of life simple and efficient and the convergence of the herd mentality of the public demand.However,its brilliant colors rich,unique style modeling,far-reaching implication of dress patterns,delicate and exquisite clothing technology but can be an important source of inspiration for fashion designers who design creative play.China's fashion only rely on China's culture in order to demonstrate the unique Chinese style and national character,and national elements only in conjunction with the spirit of modern fashion,in order to get better inherit and carry forward in the new era background.Now,the design practice of this aspect is more,but the summary of systemic theories and design methods is less.This paper tries to study this to form the valuable research results.This paper outlines the basics of Chinese ethnic dresses start with an overview of the use in the Modern Dress Design elements and thus leads to ethnic costumes,and were explored in detail from the structural modeling,ethnic patterns,color application and process techniques four square aspect,coupled with domestic and foreign designers practice in this aspect as a reference,and finally through applied research on the national element in modern dress design study to draw conclusions.
