A large part of the accident is caused by leakage of oil which due to the aging of rubber sealing material used in the transformer.The sealing performance of the rubber materials may deteriorate or even completely lost by aging,thereby causing a series of leakage accidents.Therefore,it is of great significance to prepare a kind of rubber material for transformer which have good oil resistant and aging resistant.Nitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR)has good oil resistance.Chloroprene rubber(CR)has excellent physical properties and self reinforcing.NBR blending with CR can achieve an equilibrium in the aging resistance and oil resistance.In this paper,NBR and CR were blended at different ratio.The effects of the blending ratio on the properties of the physical properties of rubbers,hot air aging properties and thermal oil aging properties were investigated,and the effect of glass fiber on oil resistance of the mixed rubbers was studied as well.All of this study results were as follows:(1)The physical properties of the mixed rubbers were improved.The physical properties and aging resistant performance of CR were better than that of NBR.The strength and aging resistant performance of NBR/CR blends increased significantly after blending with CR.Thermal oil aging properties of NBR was better than that of CR.And the oil resistance of NBR/CR blends effectively improved when blended with NBR.When the blending ratio of NBR/CR was 80/20,the comprehensive performances of the blends were the best.(2)The NBR/CR blends were prepared by four different blending methods.After comparing the performance tests,the following conclusions were obtained:NBR and CR were first prepared with their respective vulcanization system and made of two original gum,then put them together.There was almost no migration phenomenon,and the cross-linking degree of the blend was relatively high.The mechanical properties and oil resistance of the blends prepared by this method were excellent.(3)The glass fiber treated with lmol/L diluted HCl and 1%KH-570 was added to the blends,3D cage structure of fibers could move effectively prevent the rubber chain in the swelling process.The rubber was not easy to produce swelling,which could effectively improve the rubber oil resistant performance.The oil resistance of the mixed rubbers was improved after adding glass fiber.With the increase of the glass fiber,the oil resistance of the mixed rubbers had a tendency to increase first and then decrease.When the adding amount of the glass fiber was 10%,the corrosion resistance of NBR/CR blends was the best.(4)Through the experiment of ozone aging of different rubber and self-made blends,and compared with the cracking of the rubber surface,it was found that the ozone cracking growth rate of NBR was the fastest The hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber had the best ozone cracking resistance,and the second was the self-made blends.
