Comprehensive utilization of biomass resource to produce more chemicals is the wish of the sustainable development of the future society.And it has been noticed by the society.It is a relatively successful biomass utilization by using qualitative hemicellulose hydrolysis to get xylose and then dehydrating the xylose to get furfural product.It end up with a series of chemical compounds by furfural beening platform.However,furfural industry has occurred the phenomenon of shuting down because of the furfural waste residue,waste water,waste gas from the production of furfural.Although the furfural waste residue are rich in lignin and cellulose.And these adhesives chemical products of the lignin production have a large number of research,besides the study of cellulose with less.This paper adopts alkali to separate cellulose and lignin from furfural waste residue in order to get cellulose for futher processing.1.We prepared Carboxymethyl Cellulose Sodium(CMC-Na)by cellulose.First,we blenched the cellulose to improve its purity.Then the cellulose was chenmicaled by the methed of the modification and etherification.And we studyed the influence of process conditions on properties of CMC-Na.The viscosity of CMC-Na is187.3 m Pa·s and substitution degree of it has been to 0.98.Besides the p H of its aqueous solution is between 6.5 to 8.5.2.Carboxymethyl Cellulose Lithium(CMC-Li)was prepared by acidizing and then Li-replacing of CMC-Na.We have analysed the two crystals transformation in the reaction process and have tested the CMC-Li structure which provides the basis of application of CMC-Li for the lithium ion battery.3.We adopt cellulose to prepare activated carbon.We have studied the immpact of ammonium chloride additives on yields of carbonization and activation of cellulose and the influence of ammonium chloride on the electrochemical properties.The results have shown that specific surface area of capacitance based cellulose is 2503 m~2/g,and the pore volume of it is 1.748 cm3/g,including micropore volumes is 0.281 cm3/g,mesoporous volumesis 1.467 cm3/g,besides the quality of specific capacitance comes to 228.33 F/ g.
