In today's world,the problem of resources and environment are important challenges for human beings.Green low-carbon development is becoming an international trend.In response to the international financial crisis and climate change,to promote green growth and the implementation of the green new deal is the common choice for world's major economies.Every country is actively pursuing green,intelligent and sustainable development.Since the 21 st century,the concepts of green economy and circular economy have been put forward and put into practice.The developed countries have implemented the "re-industrialization" to reshape the competitive advantage of manufacturing industry.The influence of concepts such as clean,effective and cycle has raised.Resource and energy efficiency is an important factor to measure the competitiveness of national manufacturing industry.In the iron and steel industry,circulating cooling water is a very common and important public utility system.It has the characteristics of complex system,wide users and large amount of water.The energy consumption of the corresponding circulating cooling water system is also very high.The electricity load accounts for about 20% to 30% of the whole unit.The energy consumption of the circulating cooling water system in the large iron and steel enterprise can reach thousands or even million kilowatts.Energy saving optimization of circulating cooling water system in iron and steel enterprises has great influence on energy saving.This paper mainly discusses the energy saving technology from following aspects: selection of circulating cooling water system,equipment configuration or selection,selection of water treatment chemicals or technologies.It can help control the energy consumption of the project and has a positive significance for energy saving and environmental protection.Based on this,this paper chooses the basic theory of industrial circulating cooling water as the object.This paper will summarize the composition of energy consumption of industrial circulating cooling water system through the comparison and analysis between clean circulating cooling water system and turbid circulating cooling water system.It will put forward feasible energy saving and environmental protection measures for each part of energy consumption.In this paper,it takes A enterprises in Jiangsu as example.This paper analyzes the present situation of circulating cooling water system with theory and practice and finds out the existing problems.The energy saving and environmental protection measures of industrial circulating cooling water system are introduced into the system to realize energy saving and environmental protection,reduce costs,improve efficiency and ensure the company's revenue in the premise of normal production.This paper discusses how to carry out energy saving and environmental protection of industrial circulating cooling water system in iron and steel enterprises.It can be used as reference for practical projects.
