Carbon fiber reinforced plastic has high strength,heat resistance and corrosion resistance,excellent impact resistance and small proportion of excellent performance,is now widely used in national defense,aerospace,automotive and other fields.But because of the characteristics of anisotropy,as well as the brittleness of the fiber bundle,it is easy to produce burrs,delamination,fracture and other defects in the cutting process,which is a typical difficult-to-machine materials,these processing defects also seriously restricts the processing quality and processing effectiveness.In order to solve these problems,this paper analyzes the cutting mechanism of the fiber and uses the ABAQUS / Explicit finite element simulation module to build the cutting simulation model.The key factors which affect the machining effect are analyzed one by one in order to optimize the cutting parameters,Improve the processing quality,the main research content is as follows:Firstly,the single-layer carbon fiber composite material plate is taken as the object of study,the force model of the fiber bundle in cutting is established,the force situation is explained,and the cutting mechanism and the formation mechanism of the fiber under different fiber angles are analyzed.On the deduction of the theoretical calculation of cutting force formula;Secondly,the finite element method is used to analyze and study the cutting process.The default cutting depth is 0.2mm,the tool rake angle is,the fiber angle is,the radius of the tool nose is 0.01 mm.Through the finite element software Abaqus / Explicit establishment of binary orthogonal cutting simulation model;Then,based on the binary orthogonal cutting simulation model,the surface roughness and the cutting force are taken as the research object.The cutting depth,the fiber angle,the radius of the tool nose and the tool rake angle are taken as cutting variables.First,Roughness and cutting force,and then add a variable on the basis of a single variable to further analyze the observation of the surface roughness and cutting force of the law changes,through the interaction between different variables and the impact of different variables can be obtained on the change Surface roughness and cutting force of different changes in the law,which can optimize the value of variables for the actual cutting to provide a theoretical basis.Finally,it is concluded that when the value of each variable is constant,the surface quality of the fiber angle 90 is the best,the cutting force is the smallest,the fiber angle 135 is the worst and the cutting force is the worst.When the variable changes,the corresponding The maximum stress value and the cutting force value of the overall trend of change in the variable cutting depth,the range of 0.2mm corresponds to the largest value,0.05 mm corresponding to the smallest value,that is,the smaller the better the depth of the cutting tool;In the range of values,the corresponding value10 and 20 is smaller and the corresponding value 40 is the largest,that is,the angle of the tool should be smaller.In the radius of the tool nose,the value corresponding to 0.01 mm in the range of values Maximum,0.02 mm and 0.03 mm corresponding to the smaller value,that is,the actual processing of cutting the radius of the fillet should take a larger radius.
