With the rapid development of modern manufacturing,high precision CNC machine tools are developing in the direction of high speed,high efficiency and high precision.And high-precision CNC machine tool structure of the stiffness of the deformation will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability,Therefore,the design of the whole machine tool structure has become the focus of the research of CNC machine tool manufacturing field.To this end,this paper to improve the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools as the standard,research machine machine finite element analysis technology,use this technique to view the stiffness of the specified point P on the machine toolhead in the entire machining space,find out the deformation of the point under the machine weight,under working load,under thermal analysis and heat-structure coupling,for the machine tool error compensation system to establish a spatial error model,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the accuracy of the machine.In this paper,a large 6-axis 5 linkage machine tool as the object of study,introduces a finite element analysis method of machine tool,firstly,this method is used to analyze the static,dynamic and thermal characteristics of the machine tool,understand the structural characteristics of machine tools in static,dynamic and thermal state.Secondly,using the method of spatial stratified sampling to select part of the spatial location of the machine tool's entire machining space.Thirdly,finite element analysis is carried out by using the finite element analysis method of the whole machine to collect the stiffness deformation data of the specified point P on the cutter head under the deadweight,working load,thermal analysis and heat-structure coupling.Finally,the curve is generated by the deformation data of the specified point P of the cutter head of the machine tool,find the deformation law in different space position,and then evaluate the spatial error of machine tool,for the future of the machine tool to establish a spatial error model to provide the basis.
