In this paper,organic flocculant polyacrylamide?CPAM?and inorganic flocculant polyferric sulfate?PFS?were used as the represent,and the Specific resistance to filtration?SRF?is the main index.At the same time,the turbidity,Settling Velocity,moisture content and dehydration rate as the auxiliary index to characterize the sludge dewatering efficiency.Using cerium nitrate?Ce?NO3?3?modified Water purification sludge,and its effect on sludge dewatering was discussed.Using EDX,XRD,SEM,FIRT to study water purification sludge,to study the dehydration mechanism.The results are as follows:?1?CPAM was used to explore the parameters of coagulation process,CPAM dosage of 70mg/L,the flocculation and dewatering experiment of sludge was 200r/min,the removal rate of contrast resistance reached 86.3% and the Settling Velocity decreased to 68%,The turbidity decreased from 21.4NTU to 10.87 NTU,the water content decreased to 81.7%,and the dehydration rate increased to 81.4%.?2?CPAM flocculation effect is better.In the 1000 m L sludge,the SRF is reduced to 0.48*109·S2/g when the dosage of CPAM is 80 mg/L,the SRF to remove the rate of 82.0%;and the dehydration efficiency is the best.The SRF was reduced to 0.45*109·S2/g when dosage of PFS reached 600 mg / L,the SRF to remove the rate of 83.2%.?3?Characterization analysis: the modified water purification sludge characteristic diffraction peak is sharper,indicating that the modified sludge SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3 the better the crystallinity.?4?The temperature and pH had effect on the specific resistance of the modified sludge.The SRF was 0.42*109·S2/g when the temperature was 30?,and the specific resistance was 84.33%.Under the optimum temperature?30??,the pH value is 7,the SRF is 0.39*109·S2/g,the specific resistance is 85.45%,and the sludge dewatering efficiency is higher.?5?Compared modified flocculation and unmodified flocculation,the SRF increase the removal rate of 10%,water content decreased by about 7%.
