The brewing technology of Musales wine is an ancient traditional inherit method,it played a decisive role i n Uygur region,it presented the wisdom and practice in the process of Uygur,and it is also the intangible cu ltural heritage in China.this inherit method is popular in the past,but now a bunch of new technology and de vices put into production,less manufactures give up this old and inefficient craft,due to this circumstance a nd situation,the government implement a policy to protect this heritage and provide subsidy for wine comp anies and skilled workers to continue this method's life.However,to retain this antiquated method wether m aking any sense or not still need scientific evaluation to estate,some opinions show that these policies devia te from the economy developing discipline.At present,the study about traditional heritage is not enough to give us a clear orientation to make decision,it still needs time.This article uses Delphi and hierarchy process methods to analyze the heritage history,current situation and development based on research and analyzes the historical origins and development experiences of the Musales wine brewing process technology,and makes a detailed analysis of the productive protection mode of the traditional brewing process of Musales system.The system comprehensively explores the government's leading,social participation and enterprise measures.The author puts forward the evaluation model of the productive protection of the traditional brewing process of Musales and the evaluation of the cultural benefit,social benefit and economic benefit of the productive protection of the production protection of the Uygur intangible cultural heritage Musales wine brewing process technology.Then found the existence of several problems: In terms of cultural efficiency,one is the pure handmade rate of Musales brewing process,the process integrity is low,second,the variety is not rich and varied and trademark protection is poor.In the social benefits,one is the community residents to participate in low,intangible cultural heritage protection consciousness is poor,the second is the Uygur intangible cultural heritage Musales wine brewing process inheritance lack,and the age structure is unreasonable.In terms of economic efficiency,product sales are limited,driving less employment.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some advices referred to economy and sociology theory to government and manufactures,hoping that providing comprehensive and enforceable evelovement to acquire benefit from society,culture and economy.
