In this paper,a single doping system of barium barium niobate(SBN)ceramics,La~3+and Mg2+doped with SBN ceramics and La~3+and Mg2+co-doped SBN ceramic samples were prepared by traditional solid phase sintering method.The microstructure and dielectric properties of the samples were systematically analyzed.The specific results are as follows:SBN30,SBN50 and SBN70 were prepared at 1280?,1300?,1350? and 1400 ? at different sintering temperature and holding time of 3h.The same system was prepared by different sintering of niobate Strontium-barium ceramic-based SEM cross-section,with the temperature rise,the particles gradually increase,reduce the gap,the appropriate temperature can optimize the grain morphology.Doped with Mg~2+ and La~3+ to SBN50 ceramic base,respectively,at 1350? sintering temperature to obtain a single doped ceramic samples,measured by the dielectric properties,mixed with Mg2+and La~3+dielectric properties of the same change,with the temperature rise High,the dielectric constant of the sample increases,and when it rises to the Curie temperature,the dielectric constant begins to decrease and the dielectric loss decreases with the increase of temperature.At the same time,with the increase of the test frequency,the dielectric peak of the ceramic moves toward the high temperature,the maximum dielectric constant decreases,the dielectric loss increases with the frequency,and the frequency is not frequent.It shows that the ceramic is a typical dispersion iron Electrical material.La~3+and Mg2+were co-doped with SBN50 ceramic base,and the co-doped ceramic samples were obtained at 1350? sintering temperature.The grain size of the SBN ceramic samples prepared by La~3+ and Mg~2+ was the same,and the grains were more uniform.When the La~3+doping amount was constant,the grain length was shorter,Area reduced,increased density.La~3+ and Mg~2+ were used to test the dielectric properties of SBN ceramics.It was found that the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the ceramics increased first and then decreased with the increase of the test temperature,and a broad peak appeared in the Curie area,For the diffusion phase change characteristics.With the increase of the test frequency,the dielectric constant decreases,and the peak Curie temperature moves in the direction of temperature rise.With the increase of MgO content,Curie temperature moves toward low temperature.
