Abstract/Summary:
Cyclopentyl methyl ether(CPME)as a new green solvent,because of its unique performance,is widely used in various fields of industry,with great application value and broad market prospects.In this paper,the synthetic process of CPME was studied mainly using petroleum pyrolysis by-product C5 fractions and mainly divided into two parts:experiment and simulation.In the experiment,the nitrogen-containing compounds were removed by acid neutralization method,the chlorine-containing compounds were removed by 13X molecular sieve adsorption method,and the concentrated cyclopentene content was purified by extraction and extraction of morpholine and N-formylmorpholine.This can eliminate the influence of basic nitrogen and chlorine compounds on the catalyst.The optimum reaction conditions were determined by changing the influencing factors such as cyclopentene content.space velocity,temperature and alcohol ratio during the reaction,that is,the content of cyclopentene was 40%(m%),the reaction space velocity was 0.75h-1,the reaction temperature was 125℃,the ratio of alcohol to alcohol was 1.0.Aspen Plus simulation was used to simulate the reaction of CPME by reactive distillation column reactor,thermodynamic equation and kinetic model.The optimal number of theoretical plates,the number of reaction plates,the feed ratio,the reflux ratio,the ratio of alcohol to alcohol,and the pressure were studied,and the temperature distribution on the theoretical plate.Reactor using reactive distillation column is more effective than experimental study using fixed bed reactor with higher conversion rate and higher product purity and so on.According to the characteristics of the reaction raw materials and the existing etherification reaction production device,summed up a continuous CPME production process.
