In this paper,based on the present situation and desulfurization requirements of 2×130 t/h circulating fluidized bed coal fired boiler in a thermal power plant.The current conditions and existing flue gas desulfurization technology in China and the provisions of the state,the limestone-gypsum method was used for the circulating flow fluidized bed coal boiler flue gas desulfurization process.Through the analysis and research on the desulfurization system of circulating fluidized bed coal fired boiler,it involves the circulation system of flue gas,sulfur dioxide absorption system,oxidation system,gypsum dehydration system,limestone slurry supply system and water system.After the calculation and design of the main process section of the desulfurization system,the values of each parameter are determined.The diameter of the tower was 7 m,total height was 30 m,and the number of layers of the spray layer was 4th floor.When the calcium to sulfur ratio(Ca/S)of the desulfurization agent was 1.02,liquid to gas ratio was 8 L/m~3-25 L/m~3,the process water and electricity consumption and other material consumption all reached the design requirements,and the desulfurization efficiency of the spray absorption tower can reach more than 98%.It is believed that the concentration of SO2 meet the existing national emission standards.In the analysis of the technical economics of the flue gas desulfurization in the circulating fluidized bed.After the calculation and operation,the desulfurization cost of the new desulfurization system was relatively low.New costs and environmental effects offset social effects,and it meets the technical and economic indicators.
