Cyclohexene can be easily converted to cyclohexanol,adipic acid,caprolactam and other industrial raw materials for its reactive C = C chemical bond,so it is an important organic synthetic intermediate.Traditional methods of preparing cyclohexene is numerous,such as cyclohexanol dehydration reaction,cyclohexane dehydrogenation reaction,halogenated cyclohexane halogenated hydrogen.The partial hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexene reaction is pop?Lar,because of its easy operation,simple reaction route and the raw material sources.But partial of benzene hydrogenation tend to generate cyclohexane,rather than the intermediate cyclohexene.The study found that hydrophilic of Ru plays an important role in this reaction.This research aims to improve the hydrophilicity of the catalyst.First of all,Ru particles are prepared by the method of hydrogenation reduction.Then we successf?Lly coat Ru particles with SiO2 and ZrO2.We find that the selectivity and yield of cyclohexene are increased by 24 and 25%respectively.And the amounts of ethyl orthosilicate?TEOS?and n-butyl alcohol zirconium?TBOZ?have great influence on the Results of this reaction.The best reaction conditions of SiO2 coated Ru catalyst are 150?,6 MPa,1000 rpm and 225 ?L TEOS.The best reaction conditions of ZrO2 coated Ru catalyst are 160?,6 MPa,1000 rpm and 225 ?LTBOZ.Finally,we find the repeat performance of catalysts is well,which has good application prospect.
