This paper introduced the strategic status of energy and necessary development of biomass.Summarized hydrogen production technology from biomass and bio-oil,especially described the influences of react conditions, catalysts and carbon deposition on bio-oil steam reforming detailedly. This paper proposed CO2 dry reforming process over Ni/Al2O3 catalyst,CO2 can be used in this process, which effectively reduce the carbon emissions and save water vapor and the heat of vaporization compared with steam reforming process.Under the optimal conditions H2 yield reached 88.19%,per kilogram bio-oil model compounds produced 80.63g H2,the H2/CO in the gas production was 1.08.While in the steam reforming process, the ratio of H2/CO and hydrogen production by per kilogram bio-oil model compounds were all higher than dry reforming, but the conversion of H to H2 was not as big as dry reforming. So in order to combine the advantages of steam reforming and dry reforming together, this paper also proposed the combined reforming and studied the influences of Bio-oil:CO2:H2O ratio and different temperature, the results showed that hydrogen production was improved significantly than dry reforming, while the steam consumption was reduced than steam reforming, under 700?,WHSV=1h-1,Bio-oil:CO2:H2O=1:1.5:0.5,the hydrogen production of per kilogram bio-oil model compounds reached 143.04g.DR and SR have the similar carbon deposit rules, higher temperature than 600? and higher feed ratio all benefit for carbon elimination, carbon deposition rate of SR was higher than DR.The regeneration of deactivated crude bio-oil dry reforming catalysts by H2O,CO2 and Air were also studied and the effect was H2O>Air>CO2.With CO2 regeneration times increasing, catalytic activity was reduced and the deactivation was accelerated.
