With the development of industry in modern society,more and more diverse requirements of materials are generated.Comparing with traditional metal material and ceramic material,polymer material has advantages,just like corrosion resistance,good workability and fatigue resistance.As a result,polymer material would be one of the most important research directions of materials industry.However,there is no doubt that pure polymer material has limits,it cannot afford the requirements of material strength,thermal performance or photoelectric functional in modern industrial society.Compound modification with inognic fillers or fiber,is one of the most effective methods to improve the properities of polymer material.This physical modification method is simple and it also easy to carry out in industrial production.Therefore,a large number of physical modified materials have been developed and applied in daily life.For example,carbon fiber reinforced composites is used to make Toyota's skeleton so that the car skeleton weight is only 420 kg,resulting lower fuel consumption.As a new kind of high performance ? mass-producible inorganic filler---Graphite nanoplatelets(graphene nanoplatelets,GNPs)goes into scientists' arena.GNPs has better mechanical property,heat-conducting property,photoelectric property and other properties than original graphite,at the same time,its price is much lower than graphene.Because of highly cost effective,GNPs has good application in the preparation of anti-corrosion coatings,super capacitors and friction materials.But,GNPs has bad compatibility with polymer matrix resin.When the polymer composite was prepared,many defects were formed because of aggregation of GNPs.Resulting in the performance degradation of polymer material.Common interface modified agents which are used to modify GNPs,just like: small molecule dispersant ? nomal polymer dispersant and silane interface modified agents,have low decomposition temperature.If we use these interface modified agents modify GNPs,defects would be formed in the process of preparing polymer composite without question.Finally,GNPs cannot exploit the advantages to the full.In order to prepare high performance GNPs/PEEK composites,a new kind of interface modified agent with high temperature resistance is needed.As a newly developed high performance thermoplastic special engineering resin in 20 th century,polyaryletherketone has excellent heat-resistant property?good mechanical property?chemical resistance and biocompatible.So,in this paper,I choose to synthesis a new interface modified agent with high temperature resistance,which has polyetherketone structure.There are lots of methods to modify GNPs,we can classified these methods into two categories.One is covalent modification,the other is non-covalent modification.Covalent modification means that interface modified agents are connected to GNPs by covalent bond.But,thought this method,the surface texture of GNPs can be destoried so that the properties of GNPs can be influenced.Owing to the special chemical structure of GNPs,non-covalent modification means that we use intermolecular forces---?-?* conjugation to connect GNPs and interface modified agents.It is possible to improve the degree of dispersion of GNPs in the resin matrix while maintaining the surface texture of GNPs so that GNPs can maintain excellent properties without damage.To be honest,the size of intermolecular forces is much less than the size of covalent bond.With the aim of keeping enough intermolecular forces between GNPs and interface modified agents,there must be lots of mobile perssad which containing ?bond in interface modified agents.Pyrene not only has ? bond but also stable,so this paper choose synthesis a new monomer which has pyrene and double-hydroxyl by Suzuki reaction.A series of polyaryletherketone with pendent pyrene are synthesized by copolymerization.Indicating by the experimentation,polyaryletherketone with pendent pyrene not only has outstanding heat resistance,but also has excellent mechanical properties.They also can dissolve in common organic solvents,good high-solubility to the benefit of modifying GNPs.In the same treatment condition,the concentration of GNPs which is modified by polymer increases 88 times than the concentration of pure GNPs in NMP.What is more,if we just add 0.5% GNPs which has been modified by polyaryletherketone with 40 % pendent pyrene into PEEK resin,the flexural strengthof polymer composite improves nearly 12 %,the tensile strength of polymer composite improves nearly 10 %,and also doubling strain at break of polymer composites.
