Biochar,which derived from agricultural wastes,has already widely used to increase the growth of agricultural plant as well as environmental restoration.Biochar often used for soil conditioner,because it contains abundant mineral elements that can provide nutrients for plant growth.Biochar contains rich oxygen containing functional groups,and is often used to repair the environment.But the study about the biochar aging process and dissolution of aging process influence for aquatic organisms is very less.In addition,chlorella also is often used as environmental repair materials.When biochar and chlorella exist at the same time,the research of both adsorption is still blank.This article study bichar from four aspect: preparation biochar with different temperature,study its composition structure and the physical and chemical properties.Use washing method to simulate the biochar aging process and measure the major element dissolving from biochar,and the biochar after aging were characterized.Using biochar percolate culture chlorella,studies the influence of different percolate on the growth of chlorella.Biochar and chlorella joint adsorption heavy metal lead.Main conclusions are as follows:(1)With the increase of pyrolysis temperature,pH value of the biochar increased,the yield is falling,ash content increased,and the yield of wheat straw biochar and ash content are less than rice straw biochar,the aromaticity of biochar increased,hydrophilic and polarity reduced.(2)In the biochar aging process,the biochar percolate pH value is on the decline,the biocahr's carbon,silicon,potassium the first falling fast,then gradually reduce,dissolubility finally leveled off.But the dissolubility of nitrogen is less stripping at first.When wash eighth,nitrogen rapidly rising,and around 10 times the dissolubility achieves maximum again after falling fast.After 15 th filter,dissolubility of relatively stable.Washing process in addition to the biochar containing silicon surface mineral,biological carbon structure damage,makes the surface of the biological carbon fluffy.(3)Biochar percolate can provide the necessary nutrients for chlorella,such as carbon,nitrogen,etc.The organic carbon content and the pH of nutrient solution is the main factors influencing the chlorella.Biocahr at low temperature(WS300 and RS300)dissolution of organic carbon amount is larger,and its pH value is close to neutral.Its suitable for the growth of chlorella.(4)The isothermal adsorption curve of wheat straw biochar and chlorella in accordance with the Langmuir equation fitting.The adsorption effect of biocahr and chlorella joint adsorption better than single adsorption.Chlorella adsorption equilibrium time is shorter.So that when Pb is lower in the initial solution,Chlorella can adsorbed Pb completely.With the increase of Pb concentration in the initial solution,the biochar can adsorb chlorella adsorption of the rest of the Pb,biochar can adsorb Pb that rest of the chlorella.The separate removal rate of biochar and chlorella is equal to the combined adsorption.
