With the continuous development of science and technology,composite materials winding products with its excellent performance,are more and more widely applied to various fields.In the winding process of composite materials,the study found that the strength of the products which are formed by heating curing can be at least increased by 20% to 25% than those formed by curing at room temperature,and heating curing can make the curing reaction more complete,which greatly speed up the chemical reaction rate and reduce the curing time,thus shorten the entire production cycle.Therefore,the design and research of thermoforming tool for composite material winding products have a certain theoretical significance and practical application value.Based on the disadvantages of the existing tooling of composite material winding products,the design of the thermoforming tool of the composite material is carried out.The main research is as follows:(1)This topic is designed for the thermoforming tooling of composite material winding products.According to the basic requirements of the tooling,we design a set of thermoforming tooling of composite material winding products,with the adjustment of workpiece wheelbase,the workpiece that rotates around its axis,and a single power.On the platform of solidworks,we establish the tooling of the three-dimensional solid model.(2)When the wheelbase is adjustable,the force of the plane thread screw pair is analyzed to find out the force required for the rotation.At the same time,in the analysis of the trajectory of the tension mechanism,the motion model of the single tensioner and the two tensioners are respectively simplified,and the functional relationship between the moving distance b of the chain moving with tension spring mechanism and the moving distance a of the telescopic arm is established.The motion trajectory of the tensioning mechanism is drawn by matlab,through analysis and comparison of movement trajectory,we find out that thedistance of the two tension wheel can be shortened by 100 mm than that of the single tension wheel,it is conducive to the choice of spring,and there is enough space to arrange the tensioning mechanism.(3)The finite element analysis of the key components of the tooling is carried out by the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.The results of the static show that the stress and strain of the structure are within the permissible range.(4)The design of the electrical control system of the thermoforming tooling of the composite material is introduced,including the selection of the core control components,the drawing of the control circuit diagram,the introduction of the Modbus-ASCII communication protocol and the preparation of the functional blocks of the control core.Based on the RS-485,PLC and inverter of VFD-B series mainly achieve communication control,and owing to the use of touch screen for human-computer interface interaction,the design achieve the digital control of the rotation speed.
