With the rapid development of global economy,the growing energy crisis,energy shortage problem has become increasingly prominent.In response to the requirements of energy conservation and emissions reduction and sustainable development strategy in our country,there is a important social significance on reducing energy consumption and especially in the building energy consumption.As a kind of energy storage material,phase change materials can reduce the demand of the building for energy adding into mortar with a certain heat storage capacity.Therefore,the study of phase change energy storage materials has become a hot topic in the field of building materials.In this article,we select the paraffin as the research of phase change materials analyze the physical,chemical and thermal properties,screen the two kinds of porous materials(ceramsite and drift beads),analyze and preprocess the performance of the drift beads and ceramsite.Based on hydrofluoric acid corrosion,preparation of porous drift beads were studied by using porous drift beads and ceramsite loading of paraffin wax paraffin capsule preparation and affect the performance of concrete mixed with paraffin capsule.The microstructure of material and paraffin wax capsule characteristics of phase change thermal storage capacity of mortar were analyzed by SEM,DSC and coefficient of thermal conductivity meter and other analysis method.The results show that:1)cement paste helped the paraffin-based capsule to maintain a good hold ability of the loaded paraffin,without leakage under high temperature;2)The incorporation of paraffin-based capsule into mortar does not negatively affect the mechanical property of mortar,moreover,it reduced the hydration temperature of cement paste and delayed the appearance of the highest hydration temperature;3)Paraffin bleaching bead capsules mixed into cement mortar reduce the coefficient of thermal conductivity of mortar,and do not negatively affect the mechanical property of mortar,and a kind of preparation of porous floating bead corrosion process is analyzed.To avoid the liquid leakage problem loading within porous drift beads paraffin,plugging porous drift beads pore is made by means of sol-gel method with Si02 coating.Research shows that the advantages of sol-gel method for Si02 coating is mild reaction conditions,good microstructure of the Si02 coating on the surface of drift beads and surface film density.
