As a kind of connection thread with compact connection and good air tightness,the conical thread has the advantages of being assembled easily,getting interference fit and good sealing effect.With the improvement of designing and processing,higher request of taper thread measurement accuracy is put forward.In the past,thread gauge test is the main method of thread detection,which has the disadvantages of low efficiency and can be influenced by human factors easily.Besides,by the limitation of volume,professional test instrument can only measure in a fixed location.In view of these disadvantages,this research puts forward a portable thread detection system,which has the advantages of higher accuracy,higher efficiency and less influenced by the human factors.First of all,based on the review of the development trend of thread measurement as well as laser measurement principle both at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the measurement system design requirements of the machine and completes the overall structure design of the measure instrument system.Besides,it also proposes different design schemes for some key components.In addition,it calculates the stress and deformation analysis to achieve the purpose of optimization design.This paper proposes a new thread clamp structure,which can clamps the surface of screw with three circular arc.It can achieve the goal of quick grip and it can also guarantee the accuracy of the position of measured axis at the same time,improving the accuracy and efficiency of measurement.Secondly,this paper builds the model of taper thread tooth type and uses the simulation software to simulate contour image.Then,it proposes the improved-theory of least squares method based on the least square theory.It analyzes the existing data through fitting and forming the previous graphics.It also calculates and compares the two methods in order to obtain the optimum method of data processed,providing a theory to ensure the accuracy of the data processed.Finally,this paper analyzes the error sources of measure system and carries out theoretical analysis of the error,proposing the method of error compensation.It also analyzes the influencing factors of the accuracy of measurement...
