For today's Chinese society,coal is one of the important factors of production,The automation level of coal mining machinery directly impact the production efficiency and production safety of coal mine.Rotary machines in mining machinery,such as boring machines,in the course of work,are easy to suffer a variety of impact.Which will lead to mining coal machine mechanical system failure,the fault is often expressed as abnormal vibration and temperature changes,Therefore,it is very important to monitor the vibration and temperature of the coal machine during its operation.The traditional coal machine monitoring methods are generally wired measurement,However,because of its rotation caused by line winding and other issues,and it cannot be widely implemented.Wireless sensor(WSN)technology can effectively solve this problem.But the wireless sensor equipment is basically based on the battery to support the work,limited battery power results in limited working hours.It is costly to replace and charge the battery of a wireless sensor device that has been installed in a coal machine.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the key technology of wireless sensor terminal equipment with self-powered function.This paper aims to study the key technologies required by on-line equipment for coal monitoring the mining machinery work.On the basis of researching self-powered and wireless sensor technology,completed the design of the system prototype.First,we designed a dedicated energy management circuit for power generation devices;Then,we use Spartan 6 FPGA chip as the core control module;Using digital temperature sensor DS18B20 design temperature sensor module,in the-20?~80? range of whose measurement accuracy can reach ±0.5?;Based on the digital acceleration sensor ADXL345 design vibration sensor module,its maximum sampling rate can reach 3.2KHz;Wireless communication module can complete small range sensor data transmission of low power consumption by Bluetooth chip CC2540.We finish the system operation logic design through the dynamic power management technology,then complete the program preparation and debugging based on the ISE platform.Finally,through a series of experiments to verify the system design function,the overall power consumption of the system less than 100 milliwatts,while ensuring the effective range of 20 meters of data transmission distance,basically achieve the desired design goals.
