| Aluminum silicon alloy with good mechanical properties and casting properties,the smaller density,good corrosion resistance,Al Si alloy has been widely used in aviation,field instrumentation and general machinery,such as automobile engine cylinder head,intake manifold,piston,wheels,steering device shell.But the aluminum silicon alloy will be formed a lot of defects in the casting process,and there is a long production cycle and low utilization of materials.Aiming at the production of complex shaped parts of the casting aluminum silicon alloy molding in the traditional mold of high cost,long production cycle,low utilization rate of the outstanding problems of materials,this paper established a selective laser melting AlSi10 Mg alloy components by using Solidworks software,and carries on the processing of adding support.Support added to the component placement the effect of adding support,type and support considerations add support.Through the research on the structure design of the supporting and forming component critical inclination,the structure design of the three support,several parameters and analyzes the supporting tooth on the forming quality of component And the influence of the support structure is obtained,and the critical dip angle of the selective laser melting forming component is 30°.Finally,the problems and solutions of the current support are analyzed.Study on the influencing factors of component selective laser melting forming process by printing quality.The real elbow,step effect has great influence on the surface structure of selective laser melting forming tube,directly affects the surface quality of forming component surface,in order to get better quality of the forming structure,influence must be reduced.The step effect of adding support after the model slicing processing,G code,print into a metal printer EOS.Process parameters of selective laser melting of AlSi10 Mg alloy by optimal experiment study of laser energy: 200W;laser scanning speed: 200mm/s;shock Opticalscanning spacing: 0.15mm;laser residence time: 80μs;powder layer thickness: 30μm.in the optimal process parameters under the conditions of printing the required components.Under the optimal conditions for preparation of forming component,tensile strength,comparative study of selective laser melting of AlSi10 Mg alloy and conventional casting alloy AlSi10 Mg yield strength,elastic modulus,elongation and other mechanical properties selective laser melting,found that the mechanical property of Al Si10 Mg alloy is more excellent.Heat treatment of selective laser melting Al Si10 Mg alloy specimen and obtain the optimal process parameters,the specific process is: in 450℃ respectively.1h,2h,4h,and then put it into the water by water treatment.Through the contrast before and after heat treatment of selective laser melting of AlSi10 Mg alloy hardness,microstructure,morphology the influence of heat treatment on the properties of the alloy.The results show that with the heat treatment,the hardness of the sample decreases first and then leveled off,but still higher than the hardness of cast AlSi10 Mg alloy by heat of alloy.The structure and composition of the internal structure of the alloy are more uniform.It is found that the pore defects in alloy are mainly due to the rapid solidification rate in the process of selective laser melting,which results in the dissolution of gas between the powder particles in the molten pool. |
