This article introduces the on-site geological exploration drilling gas desorption experiments and indoor isothermal adsorption desorption experiments by drilling deep coal sample in Panji,which based on field test data.Using geological exploration method of lines,mud medium method,the indirect method,different function fitting analysis method etc,coal seam gas loss is calculated under different methods and the calculation method of deep gas is analyzed.When the deep coal seam coal sample site desorption in Panji,the coal reservoir temperature of coal samples under the condition of desorption rules determine the gas loss is more close to actual value.The correction of mud medium method about calculating the gas content compare with the national standard method of calculating the gas content is not very different,but the error of calculating the gas content results about the indirect method and the national standard method is bigger,the calculation results can only be used as reference.When using different function fitting to calculate gas loss,we can see The straight-line method is affected by coal core sampling time is the largest,and the geological exploration of coal core desorption method uses five data points of the early 15 minutes to calculate,which is greatly influenced by the initial reading time after it was packed,but after the 15 minutes' reading is not related to the calculation of the amount of loss,the data is largely influenced by the scene of the desorption conditions;Using the logarithmic method and Langmuir equation fitting can better reflect the characteristics of gas and desorption,and prolonging the parsing time is helpful to improve the calculation accuracy of two methods.When the drilling time is relatively long,the accuracy of the logarithmic method is higher than that of the straight line method.But as the desorption time goes up,the simulation data and actual desorption data deviation is becoming more large,the same as that of the straight line method.Theoretically,when the time of desorption is infinite,the calculation of desorption is also infinite,so we cannot predict the ultimate desorption.However when using Langmuir equation fitting,the error of fitting data and actual desorption data is relatively small,and the difference value of Limit desorption quantity and the loss by fitting calculation can be verified with the residual quantity of laboratory measurement.
