Deformation and failure of the shaft located in deep overburden is a common type of geological disasters in mines of huanghuai area,as one of the most important sinking and driving engineering,vertical shaft shoulders the security of the whole production system of the coal mine,the significance of the vertical shaft of coal mine is self-evident.There have been different degrees of phenomenon of deformation and failure of the shaft induced by the condition of non-mining in several coal mines of the mining area in northern Anhui in recent years,which caused huge economic losses,and seriously threatened safety production in mines at the same time.Therefore,the research of the problem related to the deformation and failure of the shaft not only has theoretical value,but also has more important practical significance.The deformation and failure of the auxiliary shaft of the Renlou Coal Mine has already interfered with the normal production of the coal mine.In order to find out the cause and mechanism of the deformation and failure of the auxiliary shaft and give appropriate control measures,this article started the research from the characteristics of deformation and failure of the auxiliary shaft of Renlou Coal Mine,by means of the methods of field observations,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the relevant research work was carried out,and the following were the achieved research results:(1)Based on the analysis of the auxiliary shafts of Renlou Coal Mine of loose bed geological and hydrogeological conditions,this paper expounded the ground water and loose aquifer water level dynamic change caused by underground coal mining,land subsidence trend,the water loss of the fourth aquifer was chosen as a case for studying the internal relation between water loss of loose aquifer and ground settlement,and then the theoretical analysis of the deformation and failure mechanism of the auxiliary shaft was given;(2)After building the engineering geological model of deformation and failure of the auxiliary shaft of Renlou Coal Mine,the correlation between water loss of loose aquifer and the maximum vertical additional stress of shaft wall was analyzed by means of the numerical simulation results,the specific formula of fitting was obtained,and the deformation and failure mechanism of the theoretical analysis of the results was verified;(3)According to the existing control measures,technology and experience,combed with the actual situation of deformation and failure of the auxiliary shaft of Renlou Coal Mine,the engineering repair measures such as walling cribs reinforcement and the grouting reinforcement were carried out,which effectively relieved the increase of the value of additional stress of shaft wall and obtained the good effect of governance.Besides,this article give some suggestions to prevent the formation from hydrophobic settlement from the standpoint of the location and the layer of the water intaking of the water source well,as well as the use of water resources in mining area.
