The supporting effect of the traditional anchor system is poor,it is difficult to control the harmful deformation of roadway surrounding rock under the condition of complicated roadway.The full length anchor bolt has the advantage of being sensitive to the surrounding rock deformation and separation,which can effectively prevent the deformation of the surrounding rock by the high rigidity of support.In this paper,coal roadway anchor and bolt support as the research object,using theoretical analysis and comprehensive research method of laboratory test and field test,the end anchorage and anchoring at different preset anchorage parameters under the condition of stress state.The experimental system of 1:1 anchorage was established in the laboratory,and the full length resin anchor pullout test under vertical and horizontal load was realized by using the hydraulic anchor rod drilling rig and the manual hydraulic jack.Based on the application of fiber Bragg grating sensing technology in the anchor bolt,the stress monitoring of the end anchorage and the full length anchor bolt under different lateral pressure coefficient of the surrounding rock and the pre tightening torque,the axial force distribution and bearing characteristics of the bolt body are studied.At the same time,the effect of fiber Bragg grating on the measurement of the force of bolt is verified in coal mine roadway.According to the theoretical analysis and experimental results,when the lateral pressure coefficient is not the same,increase the level of pressure can effectively reduce the axial force of bolt,its influence is mainly concentrated in the initial stage of end anchorage and the late stage of Full length anchorage;The effect of increasing the torque on the initial stage of end anchorage and Full length anchorage is better;The results provide a theoretical basis for loading with pre torque and anchoring support under different pressure of surrounding rock of end anchorage and full length anchorage.The result of fiber grating attached on the surface of the anchor test is good,can provide real-time monitoring of anchor support.
