Explosion containment vessel is a device used for confining potential danger.It can restrict shock wave and production of explosion,effectively protect the test personnel and equipment near from the explosion,and facilitate the observation and testing of the explosion and detonation process,storage and transportation of dangerous substances,scientific research and other fields.With large explosion vessel used,the current widespread use of the intrinsic defects of single explosion container gradually revealed,such as manufacturing difficulty,high costs,plate steel forgings quality difficult to guarantee,etc.,it is difficult to meet the requirements of big explosion container when quantitative.So the composite explosive containers to meet the requirement of explosion container big when quantitative is of great significance.The main research content of this paper are as follows:(1)To establish explosion container theory calculation system.Through TNT equivalent and scheduled vessel diameter,qualitative analysis,the stress response of the vessel wall under explosive,combined with a variety of bang model,calculate the container to the incidence of overpressure,overpressure and reflection by applying the method of dynamic coefficient of dynamite explosion under dynamic load can be converted to the equivalent static load,and container design wall thickness is calculated,using the way of stress checking the theoretical calculation results are verified.(2)To determine the explosion vessel design idea and design method.Through the theoretical calculation and in combination with the teaching experimental requirements and the explosion of the previous container design experience,given specific design ideas and methods of the explosion vessel,the performance analysis of explosion container and composite structure,analysis and evaluation for the explosion vessel damping noise reduction performance.(3)Based on ANSYS/Is-dyna,the establishment of the spherical explosion vessel three-dimensional numerical analysis model of rigid plastic dynamic response.Explosive materials using ANSYS/Is-dyna own*MAT_HIGH_EXPLOSIVE_BURN material model,state of detonation product determined by EOS JWL equation.Through numerical simulation,determine the key parameter setting in the calculation of contact.On this basis,the numerical calculation of the composite structure of the explosion vessel dynamic response,and quantitative analysis to the explosion vessel antiknock performance.The theoretical calculation and numerical simulation of the explosiove vessel show the the design thickness of the vessel(22.5mm)is much smaller than the actual wall thickness(500mm).The pressure and strength checking and numerical simulation of the explosiove vessel indicate that the shell of the vessel is in the yield strength,and that the designed explosoive vessel meets the demand of antiknock in theory.
