Seam hydraulic drill automatically deviation device as modern mechanical device,based on correction principle,combined with oil and gas industry in the vertical well correction device of features,it uses hydraulic device provided correction force,and layout a micro-hydraulic cylinder on four direction in circle,to guarantee drill pipe column of on neutral after correct,then used the method of Bluetooth data transmission to control the correction,because it will make it faster and more efficient,it's also greatly convenient to the operation of people who work in the well.In view of different diameter hole,variety of corrective options have been developed.For small hole diameter,methods of stabilizer combination can be used for controlling wellbore trajectory;for larger boreholes,corrector for trajectory correction can be set.For correction,deflection formula in mechanics of materials was written,by calculating the solution of the equation to determine the reasonable corrective setting points,and to calculate the correction force size.According to corrective force,the hydraulic devices are designed.But it's unknown that the corrector can adapt well or not in underground work.This device uses ANSYS simulation to know how it works under ground.After model set,Fluent and Static Structural coupling is using.First analysis of the fluid for different materials,view the 3D State of stress,speed,streamlined distribution and its 2D State of pressure,velocity,flow distribution in its result.Back on mud fluid simulation is to do more than one set of contrasts.Results showed that either the drilling fluid inside or the mud returned,its speed changes in where the correction is,and the speed enhance numerically.Then using results of fluid simulation,transferring data to static field for coupled analysis,the pressure data of fluid simulation is loaded to drill pipe column and correction device.According to its results,internal pressure of drilling liquid affect drill pipe column and correction device a little,within its material hold range.Same of,mud liquid has influence on correction device,but this force is too small,the effect is barely showed.However,the impact of mud on the drill pipe is very obvious,deformation effect is very little,but too heavy stress,so change the same nominal diameter,choice wall thickness thick drill pipe.Design of corrector meets the downhole requirements,facing the impact of downhole mud fluid and the drilling fluid.
