Cleaner production technology is in the basic method to treat papermaking wastewater. But for the majority of small and medium-sized paperboard mill, mature and economic clean production technology is still a blank, only by improving technology and equipment to reduce or reduce the harm of the pollutants on the environment. Paperboard mill discharges a lot of wastewater without any or completely treatment, which will bring adverse impact on the environment. At present, activated sludge process is usually used to treat wastewater, which is not only difficult to deal with, but also the waste of the water resources. If the box board paper wastewater can be harmless treated, and implement water be reused, which can achieve additional economic value to reduce production costs, reduce environmental pollution, reduce water consumption and water resources, alleviate water tension in our country to achieve the healthy sustainable development.This paper studies the application of membrane technology in paperboard wastewater treatment. Microfiltration(MF) membrane, ultrafiltration(UF) membrane,nanofiltration(NF) membrane and reverse osmosis(RO) membrane on board paper wastewater treatment were compared. The film type and operating parameters, such as temperature and pressure, were optimized. The optimum parameters of membrane equipment processing were obtained to improve water quality, get the maximum amount of recycling process water and achieve a certain economic value and environmental benefits, for the industry to provide a theoretical basis for treatment.After the comparison of the five groups of membrane technology, the best process scheme is the second one. After flocculation pretreatment, MF and NF membrane were used in wastewater treatment, and the filtrate of NF membrane could be directly discharged or reused. The optimum model of MF film is N130, operating pressure is 0.8MPa, the temperature is 30 ?. The optimum model of NF film is S30, operating pressure is 2.0 MPa and the temperature is 40. After the secong process scheme, the box board paper wastewater can reach the standard of water pollutant discharge standard(GB3544-2008), which can be directly discharged or returned to the pulp and paper industry.
