With the rapid development of China's automobile manufacturing industry, the limited natural resources consumption rate is increasing year by year, resulting in the shortage of resources and environmental pollution problems as a serious threat to China's sustainable development strategy. ELV windshield recycling in order to improve the overall vehicle dismantling efficiency, the recovery of metal purity and create the windshield use value, which has very important significance for the problem of environmental pollution caused by the accumulation of waste, occupied space of the vehicle and waste of resources. At present, the broken method is used to recover the windshield, which leads to the low recovery value of the windshield.Aiming at the shortage of the broken method to recover the windshield of ELV, this dissertation designed a kind of automatic cutting machine. Through the cutting machine, the windshield can be quickly separated from the body, the efficiency of dismantling and the recycling value of the windshield is improved. Main contents are as follows: First of all, according to the design requirements of the windshield automatic cutting machine, this dissertation analyzed the cutting mode ? the mechanical structure?the control system and other aspects, determined the overall design scheme of windshield automatic cutting machine and finished the key parts design. Optimized the stroke of servo cylinder and the platform structure by MATLAB optimization toolbox based on the sequence of the two planning algorithm. The simulation results show that the optimization is not only effective in reducing the cost of cutting machine and mechanical vibration, but also improving the rotation performance of the platform. In order to obtain the corresponding relationship between the motion trajectory and the cutting machine movement joints, the homogeneous transformation matrix is introduced and the kinematic analysis of the cutting machine is carried out by using the D-H method. Based on the structure of the cutting machine, the space position relation of the adjacent joints is determined, and the kinematics equation is established, by which the forward kinematics is obtained. The inverse solution of the cutting machine is solved based on the inverse transform method. Aiming at the problem that the position of ELV on the transport vehicle is random, a flexible body positioning method is presented. Homogeneous transformation matrix is used to describe the position relationship between the current body and default body, combined MATLAB software and the cutting path of the default body position to generate the cutting path of the current body to complete the vehicle positioning work.The design of vehicle body positioning system is completed by using MATLAB and VB mixed programming technology.Finally, finished the hardware connection and the software design of the cutting machine control system and made up the experimental prototype of the windshield automatic cutting machine. The experiment results show that the prototype cutting machine is stable?accurate, and the cutting quality is good, the cutting parameters meet the design requirements and the body positioning system locate the body position quickly and accurately.
