Textile fabric production process, the fabric defect detection is a very important step to ensure product quality fabric defect detection and improve the key to quality control. Currently defects detected mainly by manually, but there is low productivity, error rate and other problems with this approach. Therefore, the use of computer automation technology, fabric defect detection is the urgent needs of the entire industry. To this end, his group author had a "machine vision based automatic inspection machine developed" research work. The present study was performed from the following aspects:Firstly, the system hardware cloth inspection machine for the overall design and optimization of hardware debugging run institutions, lay the foundation for the following image acquisition.Secondly, the image acquisition system and detection algorithms studied. Through adaptive fabric structure based on genetic programming and optimization of wavelet bases, woven fabric linear defect AR model algorithm research woven fabric defect detection algorithm sparse expression, adaptive learning dictionary woven fabric defect detection, determine the best combination of algorithmsFinally, the implementation of the operation of the algorithm to detect and adjust for the best possible automatic defect detection.
