| The number of cantilever jack-up drilling platform used in offshore drilling work is increasing,the design of the cantilever structure will affect the overall operational capability of the platform.The whole cantilever structure is designed in this paper,the stress analysis of the cantilever beam was carried out considering impact of wind load,drilling combined load,rig derrick own weight and cantilever beam own weight and cantilever beam yard loads,where drilling combined load changed with different drilling center position,drilling combined load of different drilling center position can be calculated by finding its relationship with other loads,this has an important role in guiding successful drilling work.In order to modify the design of cantilever beam structure to obtain satisfactory results,APDL language can be used to establish cantilever beam parametric model,a software tool enabled cantilever beam structure from modeling to the results of the finite element analysis was developed by means of Visual Basic 6.0 software,the model can be modified constantly by visual input interface,this play an important supporting role in the preferring of cantilever structure main parameters,can quickly generate a cantilever beam structure program.According to the results of the main structure of cantilever beam design,based on theoretical analysis of cantilever beam force,the structural design and strength checking of cantilever beam base was carried out to make cantilever beam structural strength meet safety requirements.Considering the need for longitudinal movement of cantilever beam,the maximum vertical shift of the cantilever beam driving force is calculated.According to the maximum driving force,the longitudinal movement drive system of the cantilever beam was designed.Based on hydraulically driven,the passage member which connected to the hydraulic cylinder was designed to be new,the overall layout and design of slip systems were completed. |
