In this paper,the applicability and accuracy of different product data in 4 kinds of underlying surface in the Middle East of China are evaluated by using MODISC051 and MODISC006's AOD value and ground observation data AERONET.Presented the spatial and temporal characteristics of AOD value during 20032015 in the Middle East,the three key areas?Beijing,Tianjin,the Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta?and the ten cities.The spatial distribution pattern of AOD in Shanghai area during 20132014 was revealed,and the correlation between the PM2.5 and the mass concentration of the ground surface was analyzed;Finally,the vertical distribution and transformation mechanism of the optical properties in the different weather phenomena are analyzed.Conclusions are as follows:1.The Comparison results of MODIS and AERONET showed that the fitting degree and the retrieval accuracy of MODIS AOD were higher?R>0.8,R2>0.7?in different underlying surfaces,which met the requirements of atmospheric environmental quality.The fitting performance was that suburbs?Xianghe?> City?Beijing?> water body?Taihu?> forest?Xing Long?.The retrieval accuracy performance was that the lowest was the water body and the higgest was the urban;Aerosol Single Albedo?SSA?tended to be overestimated in the urban,the suburban and the forest,while the water.Surface Albedo was underestimated in 4 kinds of underlying surfaces,and the forest was the most serious.Compared with MODIS10km,the MODIS3km AOD value of fitting effect was better in the suburbs,and the city was poor,the inversion accuracy has improved,SSA and surface albedo were tend to overestimate,the mean AOD of regional inversion was more close to the real observations.2.AOD value of 13 years in the Middle East region,the evolution of space pollution results showed that the high value of the AOD area were in the Yangtze River Delta,the Pearl River Delta and the junction of Hebei and Shan Dong and the to the surrounding decline;since 2003,the middle East AOD values showed different degrees of growth,the highest in 2008.Jing-jin-ji high value area?AOD>0.7?located in Shijiazhuang,Tianjin;Yangtze River Delta high value area concentrated in Shanghai and Jiangsu Province,and decreasing from northwest to Southeast;the Pearl River Delta high value area distributed in the South China region,spread from Foshan to around.The Middle East AOD maximum value in April,minimum in September,the largest in spring,autumn is the smallest;Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta and its key city AOD Beijing Tianjin Hebei,the maximum value appeared at 46 months,the minimum value at 1112 months3.The applicability of 3kC006 AOD to the coastal region was obvious,While C051 was more suitable for the urban area and distribution of vegetation,and there is a large gap between the two inversion of the AOD?R=0.781?,mainly because of the two kinds of products in the process of pixel extraction and selection of different ways;The annual correlation between AOD and PM2.5 showed that the direct correlation?R=0.563,R=0.601?was higher than that of the similar studies.The correlation coefficient and the goodness of fit of AOD and PM2.5 were significantly improved after the correction of height and humidity,and the humidity correction was better than that of altitude correction.Compared with the altitude correction,the humidity correction were increased by 8.52% and 1.91%,Compared to the C051 AOD,the correlation of 3KC006 AOD corrected annual and seasonal humidity is higher,and winter was best and spring was lower;The correlation of the three fitting model is the highest in the whole year and the season.Compared with the linear model,logarithmic,exponential fitting power and correlation coefficient were decreased at different degrees;the correlation between ground PM2.5 and PM2.5 used AOD to calculate by optimal fitting model was higher,Confirmed that C051 and 3kC006 products AOD by humidity correction can be used as the effective means of quality monitoring of the concentration of PM2.5 in Shanghai.4.The order of three kinds of weather phenomenon were wet haze to dry haze to wet haze and wet haze to fog to dry haze to wet haze;The effect degree of visibility is as follows: the relative humidity > temperature> wind speed >PM2.5.;CALIPSO detection period,had 2-3km obvious aerosol layers and different weather phenomena with different thickness?fog> wet haze> dry haze?;During the fog and haze,below the 1km,aerosol extinction capacity was biggest;In the transformation process of dry haze,wet haze and fog,large size spherical aerosol particle size increased,non spherical reduced.
