With the green development requirements of water saving and emission reduction,in the petrochemical industry,recycling water is widely used,the circulation water of high concentration and multiple times puts forward higher requirements for the whole production operation,therefore,the prediction model of industrial circulating cooling water and the development of expert system are studied,this topic has important theoretical significance and practical economic value.First of all,the corrosion and scaling problems of the industrial circulating cooling water system in the normal operation have a great impact on it,cause serious security risks.In this paper,a mass of water quality data extracted from a branch of Sinopec,six kinds of indexes which are closely related to corrosion and scaling are obtained after treatment,on this basis,the NARX neural network is used to establish the prediction model of corrosion rate and adhesion rate,and a large number of simulation verification with Matlab,compared with other neural networks,it is proved that the prediction model has better prediction performance.Secondly,aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional method of adding medicament to the artificial experience,in this paper,the industrial circulating cooling water expert system is designed and developed,and the key knowledge base and inference engine are designed in detail.Based on the C/S structure to establish a hierarchical architecture,using visual language VB 6 as the development platform of expert system for industrial circulating cooling water,using MySQL as background database,at the same time,aiming at the deficiency of VB in the face of complex numerical calculation and analysis,Using the interface programs between VB and Matlab,to achieve the required functions in Matlab.The established water quality model is embedded in expert system,it can not only predict the corrosion rate and the adhesion rate of water,but also put forward reasonable and feasible suggestions,through the operation of the circulating water system,the actual efficiency is improved and the forecast period is reduced,it provides the maximum guarantee for the safe operation of the cooling water system.
