Ionic liquids have showed some excellent catalytic performance in catalysis field with its strong acidity,easy separation,no corrosion,environmental pollution-free characteristics.Ionic liquids have unexpected development prospects.Based on this paper has done the following three aspects of work:First of all,using N-methylimidazole and triethylamine as cation,haloalkane,HSO4-and H2PO4-as anion,by the direct synthesis method for the synthesis of 5 ionic liquids.In addition,we select two step synthesis,for N-methyl imidazole,triethylamine with1,3-Propane sultone,1,4-Butanesultone respectively,and then to get 4 ionic liquids which containing-SO3H.Finally,by double decomposition reaction synthesis of ionic liquid to exchange Cl-with F-and NO3-.Using IR,UV and neutralization titration in the determination of ionic liquids:structure,acidity and solubility.Secondly,we use methacrylic acid high carbon ester synthesis reaction to investigate the catalytic performance of 12 kinds of ionic liquids we have prepared.The results proved that the process of lauryl methacrylate,[?CH3CH2?3N?CH2?3SO3H][HSO4]has the best effect,the yield reached to 71.00%,the yield has no significant decline after five cycle experiments;In the reaction of the stearyl methacrylate,catalytic performance of[HSO3-pmim][HSO4]is the best,the yield of the product can be achieved to 73.80%,the yield has no significant decline after four cycle experiments.In addition,ionic liquid as compared with the traditional catalyst,ionic liquid as catalyst was obvious reduced to the consumption of the lye and the water in processing crude ester,thus relieved the pressure on the environment.Finally,in this experiment,synthesis of stearyl methacrylate as raw materials,preparing cold flow improvers according to the Department of research and development of the synthesis method,the results prove its effectiveness.The work for the future is more environmentally friendly and always provides a possibility for cold flow improvers...
