Mesoporous material is widely used in the chemical,biological,pharmaceutical,environmental and energy fields,because it has large surface area,pore size and trim pore structure.The pore size of super-microporous is between microporous and mesoporous,which has made the super-microporous applicable to the field of molecular selective catalytic,the separation of molecular,drug delivery,gas adsorption,chromatogram,sensor,maquillage,the fabrication of photonic crystal,and medical diagnosis.Macromolecule surfactant is offen used as templating agent during the synthesis of mesoporous material.Jeffamine ED2003 polyether amine cannot form micelles in aqueous solution because that the EO hydrophilic unit is far greater than the PO hydrophobic unit and it has good hydrophilicity and bad lipophilicity.In this thesis,a new type of polyether amide macromolecule surfactant named as ED2003-fa-16 is synthesized through the reaction of fatty acid?palmitic acid?and Jeffamine ED2003 polyether amine.Compared with Jeffamine ED2003 polyether amine,the hydrophobicity of ED2003-fa-16 is enhanced obviously,which has made EO unit more easily folded to form micelles in aqueous solution.The mesoporous silica material and super-microporous silica material are synthesized under certain condition using this new type of polyether amide macromolecular surfactant as templating agent and tetraethoxysilane?TEOS?as silicon source.This thesis is innovative because that using polyether amide macromolecule surfactant as templating agent is rarely reported.The main results are as follows:1.A new type of polyether amide macromolecular surfactant?ED2003-fa-16?is synthesized through the reaction of Jeffamine ED2003 polyether amine and fatty acid?palmitic acid?.Using this new type of polyether amide macromolecular surfactant as templating agent,the mesoporous silica material and super-microporous silica material are synthesized.The condition of the synthesis was preliminary determined by orthogonal esperiment: the reaction temperature is 30 degree celsius,the crystallization temperature is 45 degree Celsius,the molar ratio of the reactans n?TEOS?:n?ED2003-fa-16?:n?H2O?is 1:0.04:100.The optimal calcination temperature of raw powder was determined through the analysis of the TGA.2.The effect of the reaction condition on the synthesis of materials was systematic studied including the molar ratio of the reactans,the reaction temperature,the crystallization temperature,the p H of the solution,the reaction time,and the crystallization time.The optimal condition were determined as follows: the molar ratio of the reactans n?TEOS?:n?ED2003-fa-16?:n?H2O?is 1:0.040.05:100,the reaction temperature is 30 degree celsius,the crystallization temperature is 3545 degree Celsius,the p H of the solution is 1,the reaction time is 8 hours,the crystallization time is 3 days.The mesoporous silica material and super-microporous silica material with controlled pore diameter are synthesized by controlling the reaction conditions.3.The effect of the inorganic salt on the reaction was studied on the basis of the optimal condition.The result shows that,the addition of inorganic salt cannot synthetize porous silica material with good orderliness.Disperse nanoparticles by adding oleic acid on the basis of the optimal condition.The result shows that nanoparticles were not dispersed.
