Sulfide and nitrogen oxide of industrial waste gas,automobile exhaust and coal gas of life seriously pollute the air we breathe everyday.It is also a serious problem that uncontrolled discharge of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage pollutes the drinking water.These environmental pollution problems have greatly done harm to the space we live in and damaged ecological balance,therefore management of the environmental issues has become a hot and focus all over the world.Titanium dioxide?TiO2?has the character of semiconductor material,so it shows its particular superiority no matter as catalytic agent of organic matters in photocatalytic degradation waste water or as catalyst carrier of sulphur content in hydrogen desulfurization?HDS?.Ti02 is featured with nontoxicity,cheapness,good stability and so on,which has been the emphasis researched by a great deal of science researchers.The passage uses different methods to prepare titanium oxide with different morphologies and structures,which is applied to hydrogen desulfurization and photocatalysis.The passage observes and studies catalytic performance of the prepared titanium oxide and other influencing factors.The main research contents comprise the following:?1?Self-regulating mesoporous titanium oxide crystal whisker with large ratio surface is taken as carrier of hydrogen desulfurization,using one-step impregnation method to prepare MoO3-NiO/TiO2 catalyst.Featuring the carrier and catalyst through X-ray diffraction,N2 adsorption-desorption,SEM,Raman diffraction and so on.Performance and superiority of TiO2 crystal whisker as HDS?hydrogen desulfurization?catalyst carrier on DBT?dibenzothiophene?are investigated.The results show that the TiO2 mesoporous crystal whisker has lively anatase phase and crystal whisker morphologies and provides large ration surface and special pore structure.DBT conversion rate of MoO3-NiO-mesoporous TiO2 whisker could approach 100%under facile conditions of 280? reaction temperature,2.0 MPa hydrogen pressure,hydrogen/oil ratio 400 and LHSV 4 h-1.?2?Influence of HDS reaction activity on MoO3-NiO/TiO2 catalyst from crystal forms and surface areas is investigated in detail.When the surface areas are approximate,desulphurization performance of the catalyst in the order:anatase phase>mixed crystal>rutile phase;as the same as anatase phase TiO2 carrier,desulfurization effect of the catalyst increases with the surface area.?3?PVP/Ti?OCH?CH3?2?4/Zn?CH3COO?2 precursor is prepared in the polyvinylpyrroli-done?PVP?system,with Butyl titanate(?Ti?OC4H9?4,TBOT?and zinc acetate as raw materials.Titanium oxide composite nanofibers are prepared by an electrospinning method,investigating the influence of electrospinning parameter on the morphologies of nanofibers,and testing photocatalytic performance of the composite nanofibers under a mercury lamp.
