Research And Application Of Guanidine Gum Fracturing Fluid In Jilin Oilfield

"Research and application of low cost fracturing fluid" is based on domestic guar gum prices soar restricted the Jilin oilfield fracturing construction in 2011.Since the completion of the project proposal,Members of the project team have targeted to carry out the study of fracturing fluids of different needs for Jilin oilfield reservoir characteristics,formed the initial formation of fracturing fluid development,supporting the evaluation mode,and successfully developed 10 sets of low cost to meet the different needs of fracturing fluid system in Jilin oilfield fracturing.In the research of completed projects,we obtained the following results:the formation of fracturing fluid research and evaluation model of fracturing fluid;guar gum fracturing fluid formula system of low concentration;alternative to guar gum fracturing fluid system of low cost;quality assurance system of low cost fracturing fluid field application.Total 728 wells field application have been constructed in 1806 layers,fracturing success rate was 98.4%,the low cost fracturing fluid can ensure normal running of production task,provide engineering and technical support in Jilin oilfield under the state of fracturing,it has broad application prospects,can bring remarkable economic benefits and social benefits.
