Research On The Drilling Fluid Filter Cake Solidification Technology Of Daqing Adjustment Well

A special drilling fluid system integrating multiple functions which are low permeability film,thin mud cake,anti-erosion,was developed for use in adjustment wells to meet the requirements of Daqing Drilling and cake curing at the second interface and to improve the cement quality of the adjustment well.The drilling fluid system was composed of the bentonite,soda ash,organic phosphate,barite powder,dispersant,slag.The article study the law of dispersant HTX,SMT,iron ore and chrome lignosulfonate effection on rheological properties of drilling fluid and the evaluation of mud cake curing.The results showed that:SMT dispersing agents to change the rheological properties of drilling fluid has significant effects,while though the high temperature and high pressure apparatus the drilling fluid added 6%slag +0.8%SMT formed the best cake.The filtration and mud cake thickness are closed to that of puree and they can form a good cement body.The thesis has very good rheological properties and curing ability and under the activation of cement slurry the cake cure is better.A special kind of drilling fluid system to improve the quality of cementing,has broad application prospects.
