Liquefied petroleum gas is a kind of natural gas liquids mainly composed of propane and butane.Usually refers to commodities propane,butane and mixture of propane and butane.The C3+ composition in LPE is high quality civil fuel and also ideal raw of chemical products.It has the high economic value.Yaha condensate gas field is completed and put into production in Oct.2000.It is developed by cyclic gas injection,adopting J-T valve low temperature separation light hydrocarbon recovery process technology.The current production of LPG is 71t/d and the recovering rate is about 28%.The C3+ composition in recycle gas can reach at 3.34%,which has high comprehensive recovery value.The article is based on the development of low temperature separation light hydrocarbon recovery process technology and combined with the processing facility status in Yaha field.This paper compares the condensing separation technology,oil absorption recovery,combined recovery method?combined with the condensing separation technology and oil absorption recovery?and supersonic gas separation,finally confirm effective ways to improve the recovery rate for the processing facility in Yaha field.Emphatically expounded and analyses how the key parameter of operation influences the recovery rate and yield of light hydrocarbon about shallow condensing recovery process,the adaptation of devices for reform measures and the influence in routine attention&energy consumption is also be represented after reforming.Paper researches on Yaha field light hydrocarbon recovery process,the feed gas composition,different typical operation conditions of seasons and key parameters of device with the purpose to improve the recovery rate of LPG and the economic efficiency and reduce energy consumption.Though using Unisim and HYSYS software to simulate the process after perfection,work out the optimized parameters and formulate the feasible plan.
