Research On Drilling Technology In Shenbei Qianshan

According to the geological characteristics of reservoir in Qianshan of liaohe oil field,this article studies drilling technology application of QianShan block,which has an important significance of increasing oil and gas production and the effective development to the deep reservoir.According to ecnomic development problems caused by vertical wells,such as bad drillability,low penetration rate,and polluted reservoir easily.The optimization design of well structure,implement plan of special process well,optimization of drill bit and drilling fluid system,underbalanced drilling technology and herringbone horizontal well are technology researched.Finally,well structure is determined reasonably suitable for QianShan block,complex situation is reduced,and the quality of cementing is improved.Due to track control difficulties.Different methods about trace control of underbalanced horizontal well are recommend.Adopting micro owe pressure difference control implementation owe horizontal balance process and the cost of underbalanced drilling is reduced.Through researches on well structure optimization,drilling technology order,sidetrack drilling and reservoir protection technology of herringbone horizontal well,drilling success rate is improved.Research results in this paper help increase drilling speed and improve development effect in Qianshan of Shenbei.And it will also provide technical support and safty control for the subsequent development.
