The primary cementing is in order to seal the annulus between the casing and wellbore and prevent the fluid migration during drilling and oil producing.It also can form the cement sheath to sustain and protect casing.During the process of drilling and oil producing,many kinds of loads are applied to the cement sheath,such as internal burst pressure,confine pressure of rock and temperature stress.These loads usually do harm to the isolation of cement sheath.In addition,During cementing,well cementation failure often take place.One well is taken as object,and mechanical model is established.Assuming 1/4 of the high side of the casing/formation annulus is uncemented on the studying cross section,the ANSYS program is used to simulate casing deformation.and by applying CAE(computer aided engineering)technology,the influencing tendencies of cement sheath quality(damages,uncentralizing and characteristics of it on casing retaining capacity are studied.The basic mechanism of casing damage due to poor cementing quality is also presented with Cement defect or while Cement is not a force as well as Cement nature and this composition also put forward some suitable measures according to these complex situations.
