Because of reservoir is inhomogeneous,in the same perforation parameters,it will inevitably lead to the effect of different perforation segment and the same perforation layer segment due to the heterogeneity,the water ability of absorption is different,the advance of oil and water is also the uneven.In the wells which have largely different permeability,the reservoir that has good permeability will cause the sudden of monolayer;in the same layer,For example,positive rhythm reservoir also will lead to the bottom "tongue into" it will promote the oil and water to be heterogeneous,in early stages wells contain water,the remaining oil is not exploited and is not used effectively.The water injection well is keeping injecting and the oil well is keeping mining,a lot of water is injected into recovery,it comes to go round and begin again and it is useless.If we can have a clear understanding of the reservoir of injection well and its,permeability,connectivity,shale cementation,etc;we have a full understanding on injection situation of the same block,we can change perforation parameters to adjust to the reservoir heterogeneity according to these differences,in order to achieve the water absorption ability and promote the oil and water as far as possible uniformity,we can avoid the "useless result"and maximize the purpose of utility.This paper is based on the reservoir engineering and geology,it wants to establish evaluation index system of the perforation parameters which matches the geological characteristics of Fuyu,At the same time fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced,The reasonable perforating design is made for the specific well,it can provide the perforation method which adjusts to the conditions of reservoir for the injection in the Fuyu,we can complete the perforating work of oil Wells with fine,high efficiency,high quality working;It can provide the advanced perforating solutions for efficient development in the Fuyu.Fuyu oil production plant perforate 759 injection wells through the implementation of the variable parameters perforation and it has achieved the following results:1.To control or strengthen the absorptive capacity of the destination layer,to improve the injection profile.2.The density of average pore decreases(reduce 4 holes comparing with the regular 16 holes per meter,),a single well directly to reduce the perforating costs about 20,000 yuan.3.Reduce the costs of the post-section adjustment measures(for example:Profile control of the injection wells?decompression and augmented injection?the water plugging of Oil well)to improve the ultimate recovery.
