Hydrogen is one of perfect green energy in future.Traditional process of hydrogen production caused by mass of resource waste,so developing bio-hydrogen production became extensive concern subject.This paper produced hydrogen by using photosynthetic bacteria group straw fermentation at firstly,systematic investigated the effect of different corn stalk pretreatments,and studied production hydrogen through immobilized of photosynthetic bacteria group in corn stalk hydrolysate.Secondly,characteristics of photosynthetic bacteria group hydrogen production in a tubular continuous flow reactor was preliminary studied.Taking photosynthetic bacteria group as bacteria source of hydrogen production.Taking corn stalk hydrolysate that was treated by sodium hydroxide,hydrochloric acid and steam explosion as substrate.Hydrogen production effects were concerned that contains solid-liquid ratio,dosing quantity of activated carbon,pH value,hydrolysis time and temperature,steam explosion time and different mass concentration of sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid.The results showed that hydrogen production effect is the best by sodium hydroxide treatment of straw hydrolysate.Hydrogen producing yield and average hydrogen production rate with the decrease of solid-liquid ratio reduced,and increased at first and then decreased with sodium hydroxide concentration,dosing quantity of activated carbon,pH value,hydrolysis time and temperature.When.sodium hydroxide concentration is 0.4%,solid-liquid ratio is 1:12,dosing quantity of activated carbon is 6%,pH value is 6.5,hydrolysis time is10 min and hydrolysis temperature is 90?,hydrogen producing yield is 536 mLH2/(L-culture medium),average hydrogen production rate is 7.44 mLH2/(L-culture mediumd·h).Hydrogen production effect is better by hydrochloric acid treatment of straw hydrolysate.Hydrogen producing yield and average hydrogen production rate with the decrease of solid-liquid ratio reduced,and decreased at first and then increased with hydrolysis temperature,and first increase and then decrease with hydrochloric acid concentration,dosing quantity of activated carbon,hydrolysis time,and pH value.When hydrochloric acid concentration is 1.2%,solid-liquid ratio is 1:12,pH value is 5.5,hydrolysis time is 30 min and hydrolysis temperature is 120?,hydrogen producing yield is 378 mLH2/(L-culture medium),average hydrogen production rate is 5.25 mLH2/(L-culture mediumd-h).The effect of is the worst by steam explosion treatment of strawhydrolysate,hydrogen producing yield is only 180 mLH2/(L-culture medium).Studied the hydrogen production efficiency of immobilized photosynthetic bacteria group use straw hydrolysate.And studied the hydrogen production effect of bacteria liquid enrichment multiples,bacterium suspension embedded,particle size,sodium alginate concentration,CaCl2 concentration,illumination intensity,ammonium ion concentration nitrogen source.The hydrogen yield increased at first and then decreased with the increase of illumination,improved with the bacteria liquid enrichment multiples and CaCl2 concentration increasing,and reduced with the alginate concentration and particle size improving.The hydrogen yield higher than free bacteria when bacteria liquid enrichment multiples is 0.5,bacterium suspension embedded is 4 mL/(lOmLbacterial suspension),particle size is 2.5 mm,alginate concentration is 1.5%,CaCl2 concentration is 10%,illumination intensity is 7000 lux,ammonium ion concentration is 3 g/L,nitrogen source is ammonium phosphate,hydrogen producing yield is 643 mLH2/(L-culture medium).Photosynthetic bacteria group produced hydrogen through tubular continuous flow reactor experiment.The results showed that the accumulation hydrogen yield increased at first and then decreased with the increase of glucose and NH4Cl concentration.The accumulation hydrogen yield arrived 3418 mL,average hydrogen production rate was 6.78 mLH2/(L-medium·h),and maxium hydrogen concentration reached 58%when glucose concentration is 5 g/L,NH4Cl concentration is 1 g/L,and continuously operated 72 h.
