Liaohe oilfield is rich in heavy oil resources whose characteristics are complicated geological conditions,various types of oil reservoir and large span in oil viscosity.Liaohe oilfield has carried out the steam assisted gravity drainage pilot test area,and it has achieved successfully in du 84 block of Xing VI group.With the steam assisted gravity drainage technology development,it puts forward gravity drain auxiliary steam drive,and adapts to the mezzanine development drive drain compound isolation technology,and the experiment effect is very good.In order to promote the application of the technology better,which it should establish reasonable heavy oil displacement mechanism of gravity drainage.At present,most of the research are studied from reservoir numerical simulation,the expansion of the steam chamber and drainage formula derived from the mathematical model.But it does not analyse the influence factors of the heavy gravity drainage process such as start-up pressure and seepage velocity.Given these problems,this paper using numerical calculation method,combined with computational fluid dynamics,non-Newtonian fluid mechanics and seepage mechanics,determines the start-up pressure of gravity drive of heavy oil,and give fitting formula based on the flooding of heavy oil leakage of composite development technology.Using the provided computational fluid dynamics software---ANYSY CFX calculate and analyse the affect to oil(water)seepage velocity by crude oil viscosity,reservoir thickness,oil saturation and pressure gradient of oil(water).The research shows that the critical crude oil viscosity exists in the process of oil of gravity drive.When heavy oil viscosity is lower than the critical viscosity is mainly affected by reservoir thickness;when the heavy oil viscosity is greater than the critical viscosity is mainly affected by oil saturation;oil(water)seepage velocity is affected by pressure gradient largely and the research results are into a linear relationship.The above research results can be provided as references for the research on gravity drive of heavy oil seepage,and provide theory support for further study of start-up pressure gradient.
