The life and recovery efficiency of oil well are determined by cementing quality,while interfacial cementation quality is determined by cement slurry properties.There are many factors influencing glued cement slurry properties,but there are not comprehensive enough studies in this area.Therefore,it is significant to develop the study on mechanism improving interfacial cementation quality of glued cement slurry and experiments.Through the experimental study of glued cement slurry improving the interfacial cementation quality,the rheology,the antiscour,the anti-channeling,the anti-permeability properties and the interfacial cementation strength of glued cement slurry and those of conventional cement slurry under different programs were compared;the mathematical models of cement interfacial sheat stress in annuli were established and the methods of numerical calculation were given to the mathematical models mentioned above;the cement slurry properties and the relationship between glued cement slurry components and interfacial sheat stress were analyzed;the experiments in East Central district of Daqing Oilfield using optimal glued cement slurries were carried on,and the results show that cement well high ratio of glued cement slurry than that of conventional cement slurry.
