Daqing oilfield due to many years of waterflooding formation pressure is unusual,the original formation of physical and chemical properties change,the collapse of the formation pressure,and because of the outer adjustment Wells open hole section of a long,long shale development,Under the condition of high density,high solid content,and inhibition of drilling fluids system,stability control is more difficult,the rheological properties is not stable,poor quality of cake.Only in 2011 drilling company of construction well,drill tool sticking and suppress leakage stratum,oil and gas construction such as water invasion the complex at 21.Therefore develops a set of suitable for above 1.60 g/cm3 density,good stability,the collapse prevention performance of high density drilling fluid system and the corresponding supporting measures of the construction has become more and more urgent.Amino inhibitor has good inhibition and the balling ability,also conforms to the requirements of environmental protection,and have film-forming effect,organic silicon fluoride viscosity agent is suitable for deep well drilling need high-temperature viscosity agent,Viscosity reduction mechanism on the basis of the understanding of the inhibition mechanism of amine inhibitors and organic silicon fluoride viscosity reducer,through laboratory experiments optimized processing agent and increase the amount of good compatibility to determine and optimize the drilling fluid system of high-density silicon aminebasic formula,was added to the basic recipe optimized silicon amino drilling fluid system has better inhibitory effect of anti-sloughing drilling speed,reservoir protection,prevention of complex accident,there is of great practical significance.
