Liquified natural gas(LNG of the following abbreviation)as an economic,efficient storage and transportation of natural gas resources and effective form has been more and more attention and development,then for LNG storage tank,prestressed LNG full-capacity tank is considered as maximum security,best performance and the most development LNG storage tank form,full mastering the technology of LNG full-capacity tank has become an urgent task.In order to ensure the safe operation of LNG storage tank,the study on LNG tank seismic response analysis has a great significance,to take the necessary measures to avoid disaster.In this topic,prestressed 160000m3 full-capacity LNG tank inner tank as the main object of study for dynamic earthquake response simulation to actual construction:1.Application of finite element software ANSYS 11.0,using shell elements and liquid elements set up cylindrical LNG full-capacity tank inner tank finite element model that based on the theory of elastic shells,and using the mapped meshing way mesh grids.2.On LNG full-capacity tank inner tank respectively for empty and full tank of modal analysis,gets self vibration frequency of empty tank and lists the first 10 order natural mode of vibration of empty tank,considering the liquid in the tank and the wall of tank fluid-solid coupling phenomenon,gets self vibration frequency empty tank and lists the first 10 order natural mode of vibration of full tank,gets self vibration frequency of full tank and lists the first 10 order natural mode of vibration of full tank.Through the comparative analysis of the results obtain the conclusion of natural frequency of full tank is lower than natural frequency of empty tank.3.Using the finite element software ANSYS dynamic analysis module,by Tianjin wave as seismic excitation,prestressed LNG full-capacity tank the inner tank studied for earthquake response analysis.In the process of seismic response analysis considering the fluid-solid coupling phenomenon,analysis of prestressed LNG inner tank during the earthquake excitation,get its displacement and stress distribution and variation.
