In recent years,environmental pollution is becoming more and more attention by people.All parts of the world has a strict environmental regulations to control the oil content of S,N.therefore,the urgent task is to conduct the deep research to the technology of desulphurization and denitrification.Traditional hydrogenation denitrification has high investment,higher of operating costs,it is difficult to achieve the deep denitrification,Now the hydrogenation denitrification is paid great attention to by people,fuel oil oxidation nitrogen has less investment,high nitrogen rate,mild reaction condition,safe environmental protection,it is different from previous removal in the form of NH3 in HDN.So the nitride oxidation removal in oil has become the most potential.of green denitrification process in twenty-first Century.In this paper,by using MoO3/SiO2 as catalyst,hydrogen peroxide as oxidant,Pyridine,quinoline,respectively on diesel catalytic oxidation of nitrogen,The effects of catalyst preparation method for nitrogen removal rate,And the effects of oxidation time,oxidation temperature,amount of catalyst,the amount of oxidant on the nitrogen removal rate were studied by single factor method.MoO3/SiO2 were modified with cerium oxide,citric acid,oxalic acid,To investigate the effects of different preparation methods on catalyst activity.Research shows that,whether the catalytic MoO3/SiO2 or the modified catalyst has higher oxidation activity,The optimal conditions of catalyst preparation for the calcination temperature is 500 ?,roasting time 5h,pH 1,Loading amount of active component of the catalyst 20%MoO3.Modification of quinoline,pyridine,diesel nitrogen removal rate were 97%,96%,91%.Cerium oxide modification:Quinoline,pyridine,diesel nitrogen removal rate were 99.5%,98.2%,95.2%.Citric acid modified:Quinoline,pyridine,diesel nitrogen removal rate were 99.3%,99.2%,93.2%.Citric acid modified:Quinoline,pyridine,diesel nitrogen removal rate were 99.%,98.2%,94.6%.
