Catalyst was synthesized in self-developed high pressure reactor,using tert-Dodecyl mercaptan,sodium hydroxide and propylene oxide as feed.The influence of raw material ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time,pressure and other conditions on synthesis was investigated.Use carbon 14 olefins and elemental sulfur as feed to synthesized organic sulfide agent,with the synthesized catalyst.The impact of reaction temperature,reaction time,ratio of sulfur and olefins,amount of catalyst and other conditions on olefins conversion and the sulfur content of sulfide agent were studied.Take advantage of orthogonal experiment to identify the most suitable react condition.Under the suitable react condition,the influence of inorganic alkalinit catalyst,organic alkalinit catalyst and mixed catalyst as well as olefins with different length of carbon chain on sulfur content was studied.The effect of using mixed catalyst was put more emphasis.The results showed that the synthesized catalyst has prominent catalytic ability on organic sulfide agent synthesis.The sulfur content and olefins conversion of sulfide agent catalyzed by mixed catalyst are higher than that catalyzed by single catalyst.The catalytic effect of organic alkalinit catalyst is better than that of inorganic alkalinit catalyst.The alkalinit environment is good for organic sulfide agent synthesis.Using the new catalyst,the perfect process conditions of synthesizing organic sulfide agent are as follow:reaction time of 3h,reaction temperature of 125?,ratio of sulfur to olefins of 4.0:1,amount of catalyst is 3%of olefins mass.
