With the continuous development of Mechatronics,the antomation and instrumentation,more and more areas to be widely used.Changbei Gas Field Development Project Wellhead Clusters and Headers Works includes five parts:Wellheads,Header,Pump Room and Methanol Pipe,Reserved Parts,IPS System a'nd DCS System.One methanol injection line and one inhibitor injection line shall be installed for every individual well.The natural gas of three wells through jacket type steam heating pipe,orifice flowmeter,pressure reducing valve,check valve flows into headers.The penumatic block valve shall be installed between headers and export pipeline.christmas tree.its function is gathering and collecting natrual gas.After that the natrual gas goes through the jacket type steam heating pipe.Its function is to heat natural gas.This is orifice flowmeter.The flowmeter has two orifice.The big one is for high flow rate.the small one is for low flow rate.Check valve's function is to prevent the natrual gas from going upstream.If two of three infra red flame detectors detect the flame,DCS shall be receive a alarm signal,DCS shall shutdown the safety valve,control the electro-hydraulic throttle valve to protect the well cluster.
